Meet our Director, Ece. Originally from Istanbul, Turkey, Ece’s family moved to the U.S. when she was 7. She grew up in Boston, MA, and has been living in the PNW just for the last 2 years (always looking for hidden gems to visit and good food recommendations to try). Growing up she was in awe of her parents’ cool jobs and incredible work ethic, and wanted to make a name for herself. After graduating from Vassar College in New York with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Spanish, Ece began looking for careers in marketing and sales to gain an insight into the business world. Just 1.5 years after starting this job at the Entry Level, Ece began running her own company and loves helping her reps transform their lives, both personally and professionally.
Meet our Assistant Director Vaughn. He grew up in Texas watching his dad do security software sales with some of the largest companies in America. He knew he wanted to carve out his own path, but spent 9 years bouncing around different management roles, always feeling stagnant and restless. After facing some unfortunate life circumstances and losing everything, Vaughn found this opportunity, decided to give it a 100%, and has gone from living in his car to moving into a beautiful new apartment. He’s building a strong team of hard-working, driven individuals, and has his eyes set on getting promoted to management in 2025.
Meet our HR Manager, Dylan. Born and raised in Washington, Dylan spent his whole career searching for a field he could feel truly passionate doing—from retail, to food service, to security, and most recently caregiving. As the head of HR, he now enjoys supporting the team, creating a positive work environment, ensuring the best fit for new team members, and ultimately helping the business grow and flourish. In his free time, Dylan enjoys playing video games, hanging out with his cats, and spending time with his fiancé. This job has allowed him to finally live a debt-free life and begin saving up for the future he’s always dreamt of living.
Meet our Account Manager, Dyson. He was born and raised in the PNW, most recently working for the Boys & Girls Club of America and in the hotel industry. He didn’t find much growth opportunities and felt very stuck. Dyson took on this role with the hopes of one day managing his own business and opening an office to give back to his community the same opportunity he had. Dyson loves to hike and adventure to explore new places. He’s played basketball and football his whole life and loves being in team-oriented environments. Dyson also enjoys being a life coach and motivating others, so he’s happy to chat whenever you need him and help you through whatever struggles you may be experiencing!
Meet our Account Manager, Joshua. He was originally born in Taiwan and moved to the states with his family for work. He has moved multiple times throughout the years in America until his parents finally settled down in Vancouver, WA. Joshua grew up mostly playing sports like football, wrestling, basketball, and soccer. He enjoys playing a plethora of strategic video games as well as hiking. For most of his work life he worked as a warehouse worker and professional chef, but quickly realized how stagnant those fields were and was looking for work with my growth opportunities. Now, Joshua holds our office record for most sales ever done by a rep on our campaign, and loves teaching his tips and tricks to new reps who join the business!
Meet our Account Manager, Jenny. Born and raised in Oregon to a dysfunctional family, she is a true PNW diva. Jenny brings a passion for growth and people to every role she takes on. Formerly a safety leader at a family arcade, she gained hands-on experience in creating secure and enjoyable environments while fostering teamwork and engagement. Seeking new opportunities for professional growth, she thrives on helping others, building connections, and tackling challenges with a positive, solution-oriented approach. Outside of work, Jenny enjoys reading, spending quality time with her cat, and exploring new ways to learn and grow both personally and professionally. Her ultimate goal with this job is to become a Branch Manager and open up her own office.
Meet our Account Manager, Rashon. Born and raised in San Diego, California, Rashon grew up playing football and basketball. His career in caregiving began early—at age 14—when he started taking care of his grandmother. After having been in healthcare for so long, he applied to this job right after moving to Vancouver, WA, thinking it was a caregiving position. Ultimately, he stayed for the growth opportunity, his amazing coworkers, and to gain sales experience. In his free time Rashon loves to cook, play video games, and learn new things. At this job, he loves cultivating a good team environment and developing his new starts!
Meet our Account Manager, Jose. Born and raised in Vancouver, WA, Jose used to work in construction for years until he decided to leave due to feeling stagnant. Here at Peak Performance Group, Jose is looking to develop his skillsets, determined to become a director himself and provide this opportunity for others. In his free time, Jose loves playing soccer and spending time with his family and friends.
Meet our Account Manager, Cam. Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, he practically grew up in his family’s pizza shop, Deno’s Pizzeria in Lake Oswego. That’s where his passion for customer service grew. After working in both the food service industry and the auto industry on and off, Cam ultimately saw a lack of growth opportunity and found this business in hopes to be able to become a Branch Manager and be able to provide the life of his dreams for him and his daughter. In his free time, you can find Cam listening to old music and watching old movies, or eating pizza for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!
Meet our Account Manager, Micheal. Born and raised all around California, Micheal moved to Washington to help care for his aunt. Prior to finding this business, Micheal did a variety of jobs from Dog Grooming and Training to Carpentry, Painting, Construction, Plumbing, and general Customer Service.The only thing those jobs all had in common was the lack of growth. In his free time, Micheal loves reading, gaming, and being outdoors—skating and hiking whenever he gets the chance. He joined our Management Training Program to become an Entrepreneur and open his own Construction Business one day. Micheal is the energizer bunny and hype-man of our office, if you’re ever having a bad day, talking to Micheal for 30 seconds will flip your mood around!
Meet our Account Manager, Dom. Born in Kansas, Dom moved around a lot as a kid, but finally settled in Longview, WA. Dom came across this opportunity while looking for growth and opportunity, and stayed to develop a new skill set. He’s already learned a lot and is loving the culture of the workplace. When he’s not making sales, you can find Dom working on his many cars, building them, fixing them, and even running a car detailing business on the side!
Meet our Account Manager, Aaron. He is a native of Vancouver, Washington and Portland Oregon. He attended Hockinson High School and went to college at Western Washington University in Bellingham. Aaron originally studied psychology and communication with an interest in marketing. His focus shifted to science and agriculture while running his own painting franchise. Aaron is heavily focused on team growth, helping people, building up his community and giving back to the larger picture. He loves comedy, nature, self development, and helps manage a horse farm. You will often find Aaron making a joke, and uplifting those around him. He is hard working and passionate, and we are excited to see Aaron grow through our management training program. Aaron is a pace-setter and record breaker. He has consistently been #1 in the nation now for over 8 weeks straight.
Meet our Account Manager, Therman. He is a driven sales professional with a background in business ownership and team leadership. He was a ormer restaurant manager and is an entrepreneur in the marine industry, with hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and customer service. Therman owns an AI startup website, is passionate about developing people and building strong teams, and is backed by the discipline and competitiveness of a former collegiate football player and multi-sport athlete. He brings energy, resilience, and a customer-first mindset to every interaction.
Meet our Account Manager, Samantha. Sami brings a dynamic background in customer service, healthcare, and hospitality—from Dutch Bros and Phelps Creek Winery to working as a CNA/Med Tech and on luxury yachts. She got into sales for the growth, skill-building, and opportunity to eventually run her own business, and loves connecting with people and creating win-win solutions. Outside of work, you’ll find her snowboarding, hiking, boating, jet skiing, or spending time with family.
